Your Groovy Boardz real wood panels are designed to last with minimal upkeep. Follow these simple guidelines to keep your wall looking beautiful for years:

Regular Cleaning
• Dust panels weekly with a soft microfiber cloth
• For deeper cleaning, lightly wipe with a damp (not wet) cloth
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers that may damage the finish

Moisture & Humidity
• Safe for normal indoor humidity levels
• Avoid direct water exposure (not recommended for bathrooms or areas with heavy steam)
• Maintain stable room humidity to prevent wood expansion or warping

Sunlight Protection
• Panels are stained and sealed, but prolonged direct sunlight may cause natural fading
• Use curtains/blinds or UV-protective window film in high-sun areas

Repair & Touch-Ups
• Minor scratches can be treated with a matching wood stain marker
• Loose slats can be re-secured with nails or heavy-duty mounting tape
• Avoid removing/reinstalling panels multiple times to preserve adhesion

Temperature Safety
• Keep panels away from direct heat sources like space heaters or fireplaces
• Safe for normal household temperatures

If Moving or Repainting
• Panels can be carefully removed with a pry bar or heat gun (if tape was used)
• Replace tape if reinstalling in a new location

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, with no missing parts or tools.

Return Rules Summary: 

• Returns accepted for 15 days
• Customer provides return shipping
• No restocking fee
• Final sale items: 1 collection (indoor houseplants) can't be returned

To Start a Return: 

1. Login to your customer account.
2. Go to → Orders.
3. Select the order you wish to return and click on the 'Request Return' button.
4. Fill out the form by selecting a reason for the return and submit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at: support@groovyboardz.com.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note, processing times differ from shipping/transit times. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

During holidays, we may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
